I’ll use your answers to create an 8-week personalized base-building plan that gradually increases your mileage and builds your endurance. Once it’s ready, I’ll send your plan to your email as a PDF or Google Doc within one week so you can start running with confidence and set yourself up for success on any of our other training plans.
