What do you offer with your coaching?
I offer personalized 1:1 training plans tailored to your goals — whether that’s running faster, losing weight, building muscle, or improving overall fitness. Coaching includes ongoing feedback, progress tracking, and weekly adjustments as needed. Each client receives my personal contact information to reach me anytime with questions or concerns. My approach goes beyond just a coach–athlete relationship — I aim to build a genuine friendship. I’m here to support my clients both physically and mentally, providing not only guidance but a true connection with someone who genuinely cares about their success and well-being.

How is coaching different from just buying a training plan?
Training plans are custom, standard, structured programs you follow on your own. Coaching includes ongoing support — I monitor your progress, make weekly adjustments if needed, and communicate weekly to keep you on track.

Who is 1:1 coaching best for?
Anyone willing to give me more than 100% effort, this is a mutual commitment. Someone who wants accountability, structure, and guidance — from beginners wanting to build consistency to those who are looking to PR.

How do I get started with coaching?
Once you fill out the initial form on the home page, I’ll send you an email to understand your goals, schedule, and background further. From there, I’ll design your custom plan and send you the plans on Google Docs.

How often do we communicate?
Weekly check-in calls to discuss progress, nutrition, and also just life outside of training. Also, you will have my contact information, so feel free to reach out as needed!

Will I get nutrition guidance with this plan?
Yes! Your plan includes basic nutrition guidance and tips to help you make healthier choices and support your goals. Please note that this information is general and educational — it is not a substitute for medical advice. I am not a doctor or registered dietitian, so if you have medical conditions or specific dietary needs, please consult a qualified professional.

Custom training plan FAQ

How do custom training plans work?
After you purchase a plan, you’ll complete a short intake questionnaire covering your goals, training background, schedule, and preferences. I use this information to create a personalized plan tailored specifically to you. I’ll also send a waiver/disclaimer, agreement, and policy form. Once I recieve each of them signed I will then send your custom plan!

How long does it take to receive my plan?
Once you submit your questionnaire, your custom plan will be delivered to your email within one week as a PDF or Google Doc.

Are these plans beginner-friendly?
Yes. Each plan is built based on your experience level. Whether you’re new to training or more advanced, your program will be structured to meet you where you’re at and progress safely.

Do I need access to a gym?
Most plans are written for gym access, but you can note any equipment limitations in the questionnaire and your plan will be adjusted accordingly.

What if I’m not sure which plan to choose?
If you’re unsure, you can reach out through the Contact Us page before purchasing and I’ll help guide you toward the best option for your goals.

Is coaching included with the plan?
These are custom training plans, not ongoing 1:1 coaching. However, you’re welcome to reach out with questions after receiving your plan.

Can I switch plans after purchasing?
Once a custom plan has been created, plans are non-refundable and cannot be switched. Please reach out with questions before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
